Monday at Blueberry Park

It was a nice day, so we took the kids to the park. I made us a picnic for lunch to take with. We felt up to a little baseball so we also took our bat and gloves. I love summer fun!

Summertime Is Here.....Finally!

And my, what a long wait it has been. We were all definitely wanting and needing the beautiful sunshine to arrive. (See our untanned legs in the picture above....) But, it is here now, so lets have some fun!!! Here's a few pictures we took today while enjoying the sun here at home, then later at Jamie's BBQ out on Lake Tahuyeh.

Sydney's 11th birthday

We had Sydney's 11th birthday dinner for her early, since she will be gone on her birthday. I made her exactly what she wanted, barbecued teriyaki chicken and corn. Yum! I also made her birthday cake. She's so lucky!
