So Kassie, my little performing artist, had her Christmas concert last night. They sang all the traditional holiday songs, and afterwards they handed out hot cocoa to wash down the goodies they were selling at the bake sale. How quaint. Then after that, Santa Clause came out and all the little boys and girls (who wanted to) got to sit on his lap and tell him

Sydney did not want to participate in the joy of Santa. She was all "Bah Humbug." Guess she's too old now. Hmmm, I wonder if she'll get what she wants then.....
